Are you interested in trying yoga? Are you a practicing Yogi looking for additional classes and workshops? Give our new program a try. We are currently offering classes two mornings per week. Slow Flow - Mondays 9:00 - 10:00am
This class is a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga. We will follow a similar structure to a Vinyasa class while finding space between poses to mindfully connect with the breath. You can expect all the challenges and benefits of Vinyasa Practice. When we slow down, we relax the nervous system and become stronger mentally and physically. This class is appropriate for all levels.
Vinyasa Flow - Thursday 9:00 - 10:00am
In this class we will build up to and flow through sequences of yoga poses while connecting with the breath. We will incorporate foundational yoga poses, as well on work on sequences and poses to improve balance and flexibility.
